POWER STOP / AUTOSPECIALTY LIMITED WARRANTY

Power stop /Autospecialty warrants to the purchaser of this product, that it is free from the deffects
in the workmanship and the materials at the time of the purchase. This product when PROPERLY
installed in the type of vehicle prescribed,  and which a deffect in workmanship and materials shall be
found, and exchanged free of charged, if returned to seller, who is authorized to give this warranty.
Due to the extreme nature of preformance Power Stop rotors may encounter, we can not extend
this warranty beyond 2 weeks or 500 miles (the reccomended brake in distance) from time of installation.
Power Stop / Autospecialty is not responsible for it's products when subjected to misuse, abuse, and
proper application, improper installation, accident, or normal wear.

POWER STOP ROTORS ARE FOR STREET OR RECREATIONAL OFF ROAD USE ONLY.
THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED OR APPROVED FOR OFF ROAD RACING,
OR COMPETITION DRIVING.

This warranty does not cover, and Power Stop/Autospecialty will not pay for ,or provide,
labour or materials which maybe necessary to remove a product or install a replacement
product.  This warranty is limited to exchange of the product only, when returned with
the original reciept.

POWER STOP'S AND AUTOSPECIALTY'S LIABILITY  HEREUNDER
DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOUR OR ESSENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMMAGES, NO OTHER WARRANTY IS HEREBY GIVEN, OBLIGATION
UNDER THIS WARRANTY, AND OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES
PROVIDED UNDER STATE LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT NECESSARILY
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE  SHALL EXPIRE 2
WEEKS OR 500 MILES FROM DATE OF INSTALLATION.

No person is authorized by Power Stop/Autospecialty to modify or add to the
for going Warranty.
